The 10th Annual International Women in Surgery (WIS) Career Symposium offers your company a way to market your organization to over 300 expected attendees in the ever-growing “Women in Surgery” population. Exhibitors are placed in high traffic areas that offer great visibility to meeting attendees during breakfasts, breaks, and lunch. Please see the exhibitor space agreement to request your space.
Purpose of the Meeting
The meeting will promote both personal and professional growth for women in Surgery. It is designed to provide a forum to discuss contemporary issues and opportunities for women who have chosen or may choose a career in Surgery. The WIS Career Symposium highlights the importance of advancing women toward careers in Surgery by providing meaningful avenues for surgical professionals and students to interact, exchange ideas and formulate effective strategies in advancing this important endeavor.
The symposium is designed for women who aspire to a career in Surgery or wish to enhance their careers in Surgery. The target audience is composed of physicians, residents, fellows, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical students, and other healthcare professionals.
Grant support is an ideal way to stand out and affirm your commitment to women in surgery. Grant supporters will receive appropriate acknowledgement in all conference materials. A Commercial Support Letter of Agreement must be signed to certify compliance with ACCME standards.
Exhibitor Booth Opportunities
Exhibiting at the WIS Career Symposium gives your company access to more than 300 physicians, PAs, medical students and others specializing in Surgery. Breakfast and breaks will be held in the exhibit area for greater exposure to the participants. Your company’s name will also be listed in the program and scrolling announcements.
